Namaste! I’m Amulya, and I bridge worlds – East and West, ancient wisdom and modern science. My experience, rooted from Southern India and expanded in Northern Germany, has gifted me a unique, deeply empathetic perspective. This blend of cultures fuels my passion for holistic wellness, creating a practice that’s both grounded in tradition and tailored to today’s needs.

For over a decade, I’ve immersed myself in the transformative power of Bikram Hatha Yoga, training and practicing extensively in Germany, not just as physical exercise, but as a path to mental clarity and emotional equilibrium. My pursuit of an MSc in Psychological Sciences further deepens my understanding of the profound mind-body connection.

My expertise extends beyond yoga, encompassing Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Compassionate Inquiry. These tools empower me to guide you towards lasting healing, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. As a YCB Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator, Yoga Philosophy Teacher for TTC at Ayushman Yog, and certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, I seamlessly blend ancient yogic principles with evidence-based psychological insights, creating a personalized roadmap for your transformation.

My transition to yoga and psychology was driven by a genuine desire to help others unlock their potential for holistic well-being.
