– I am Nishil from Surat, Gujarat. I’m 28 years old and currently doing my master’s in the field of Chemical Engineering in Germany. – I have achieved multiple goals since starting this program:

6. Can you share any memorable moments or breakthroughs that made a difference in your practice/life?
– One memorable breakthrough happened a few months ago when I was learning to drive in Germany. I was feeling very depressed because I was making too many mistakes, and the number of classes was increasing, which is quite expensive here. I reached out to Ms. Amulya and shared the situation with her. She gave me valuable insights, like how driving in Europe is very different from India and that I should focus on learning the new skills rather than worrying about the money. Hauptgrund für Beginn mit Yoga :
anhaltende Rücken- und Schulterschmerzen,schlechte Körperhaltung.
Gute Erfahrung mit der Lehrerin beim Einführungskurs.
Nach den ersten Stunden sind die Schmerzen weitgehend verschwunden.
Durch die genaue Beobachtung der Lehrerin bei der Ausführung der Asanas
und sofortiger Anzeige Ausführungsfehlern,ergeben sich bei jeder Yogastunde Fortschritte.
Nach mehreren Yogastunden haben sich positive körperliche Veränderungen bemerkbar gemacht,
z.B. eine bessere Körperhaltung,die auch von Bekannten bemerkt wurde.
Weiterhin haben sich ein gutes Allgemeinbefinden und auch eine gute Stimmung bemerkbar gemacht.
Trotz z.T. erheblicher Anstrengungen bei den Asanas hat man hinterher ein sehr gutes Körpergefühl.
Durch die regelmäßige Durchführung der Yogastunden machen sich laufend die Fortschritte bemerkbar.
Die zertifizierte Yogalehrerin führt eine gute Yogastunde durch die immer interressant und nie langweilig ist.
Bei der Ausführung der Asanas wird von der Lehrerin auf die körperlichen Möglichkeiten
